A downloadable game for Windows

The Dark Tones: Loss — tells and shows you tragic events inspired by real life and people's stories.

Attention to detail and surroundings

All game levels were created from scratch in order to provide the player with a unique environment, rather than the same type of locations purchased on marketplaces and reused in other games.

All the contents of the game were arranged manually with great attention to detail and detail, in order to create a lively, filled and interesting game world.

The Dark Tones: Loss is an atmospheric story-oriented work

The short duration of the passage is compensated by the saturation and variety of events in the passage.

Here you will not find the same type of riddles, hours of searching for objects or aimless wandering around locations.

All the efforts, resources and time spent on the development of this work were aimed at creating an interesting, vivid and meaningful work in which the duration of the gameplay plays a secondary role.

A world filled with images and metaphors

Here you will not have to escape from zombies, run from ridiculous ghosts and crazed maniacs.

Living the life of the main character, you will encounter something much more terrible and frightening.

But, everything that happens has a much deeper meaning that it might seem at first glance.

An adult story about choice, despair, and the human soul

The plot of the game was not invented at random, it contains both personal experience and the experience of other people's stories.

The game does not aim to scare you with harsh sounds, monsters or ghosts, even if it also has that, but it encourages you to think about something more important and valuable, which can really scare, but scare not reflexively, but mentally and emotionally.

After all, it's not really strange or scary things that scare us, it's ordinary, real things that surround us every day, but which at the same time start to look strange and therefore become scary.

Modern game engine and technology

The game is based on the modern Unreal Engine 5 game engine using the realistic Lumen lighting system.

The world of dark tones will greet you not only with a gloomy plot and atmosphere, but also with pleasant realistic graphics with high detail of objects and textures!

Of the features of the game, it can be noted:

  • Beautiful and detailed graphics.
  • Professional voice acting of female characters.
